Our priority is to ensure that each guest feels comfortable and relaxed whilst away from their familiar surroundings.  Our Guest Information Pack will hopefully provide everyone you need to know.

• Private chauffeur*: Enjoy seamless transportation with our professional chauffeur service for your convenience and comfort.
• Hospitality Services Package: Begin your stay with a thoughtfully curated welcome pack to ensure a warm arrival. A generous complimentary welcome & household pack will be available in your apartment prior to arrival as part of our Hospitality Services package. Please note this package is not replenished and guests are not expected to replace any item used.
• Complimentary Welcome Pack: The pack includes: tea, coffee, sugar, mineral water, milk, sweet biscuits, jam, tomato sauce, salt, pepper & olive oil. (These items can vary depending on availability).
• Complimentary Household Welcome Pack: This pack includes:  toilet roll, shampoo and body wash, hair conditioner, hand wash, (SES and Paraben free) vanity pack, face cloths, slippers, tissues, J-cloth, pan scourer, dishwasher tablets, clothes washing capsules, washing-up liquid, protective gloves, dustbin bags, food waste bags, kitchen roll and cling film.

Our welcome packs are not restocked but are available to purchase if replenishment is required.  We also offer a Breakfast/Dinner package and can have it delivered for you prior to arrival.

• Breakfast Welcome Pack: This is available for £60.00 GBP and includes all of the above Welcome pack items in larger quantities plus: cereal, yoghurt, bread, butter, jam, cheese, eggs, bacon & orange juice (food item preferences can be altered at no extra cost).
• Dinner Welcome Pack: This is available for £60.00 GBP for two servings and includes: Soup, bread rolls, main & desert plus a bottle of wine to the value of £7 (variations can be arranged).
• Housekeeping: Maintain a pristine living space with our regular and efficient housekeeping services. Our apartments receive a pre-arrival inspection ahead of guest’s arrival as well as regular maintenance checks. The apartments are serviced once weekly for every 7 nights stayed for cleaning and replenishing linen and towels.  For guests staying for longer periods, we can tailor our cleaning service to meet your requirements as an additional service.
• Property maintenance: Rest assured knowing that any property issues will be promptly addressed by our skilled maintenance team. Our apartments are visited regularly for a maintenance inspection. They are serviced once weekly for every full week occupied for cleaning and replenishing linen and towels.  We can tailor our cleaning service to meet your requirements as an additional service.

Should a maintenance issue arise during your stay; our guest services team will be able to attend to this for you.  Please call us to report any issue that arise.

• Dry cleaning*: Have your garments professionally cleaned and returned to you at your convenience.
• Ironing*: Keep your wardrobe impeccable with our ironing service tailored to your needs.
• Shopping service*: Save time with our personalized shopping assistance for groceries or other essentials. Some guests prefer to order a grocery delivery service online from one of the main supermarkets. We are happy to assist with this, at no extra cost.  Please liaise with us before ordering.
